Since the past year my phone has been full of imag

Since the past year my phone has been full of images of sunsets, huge landscapes and just everything sunny and green.

I would mentally visit these places and that would bring me so much peace & healing.
It still feels so surreal to live these for real today.

Today, was all about the Touch of the breeze on my face, the fragrance of the fields, the most stunning sunset I have ever seen !

There was a time when I would be so afraid of star

There was a time when I would be so afraid of starting that new project, new business, job, career etc.
In these 4 years, especially, life threw so much that I luckily have learned how to take over my own fears when it comes to such things.

Of course, I still feel afraid every now and then I venture into something new.
It’s just I have turned out to better manage my self now.

But, what’s become really hard for me now is to rest.
That’s where I struggle the most.
To give myself the permission to take a break when my. Dot & soul requires.

To say not to the need of constantly doing something.

To truly believe that everything is going to be ok if I rest.

When you are a high performing creative & entrepreneur.
It’s easy to get into this hamster wheel.
But, this time I am truly trying to not sabotage this rest my souls needs.
To not let my mind trick myself again.
And, to let my soul and body feel some rest and breathe.

The next week, I will be taking slow and disconnected.
Spending time in a place that my heart truly desires.
